Job summary

The Millwork Project Coordinator at The-Pod-Group will oversee reporting, maintaining, and expediting key areas of the project cycle within the Toronto office, focusing on millwork and store fixtures. The role requires coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and collaborating with manufacturing to meet customer delivery timelines.

Candidates should have post-secondary education, experience in millwork/store fixture work, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is required.
• Experience in millwork and/or store fixture industry is required.
• Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets using MS Office programs.
• Intermediate to expert level of MS Word and Excel is required.
• MRP fundamentals understanding is preferred.
• Highly organized, diligent, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize activities surrounding the project cycle.
• Monitor each project from order entry to completion.
• Ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Partner with manufacturing to support delivery.
• Support PM with sales orders, production meetings, and updating project info.
• Manage order entry data, shipping documentation, and project schedules.
• Develop competencies in design, detail, quality, and engineering of products.
• Provide shipping instructions and coordinate shipments.
