Job Title: Commercial Lender

We are actively seeking an experienced commercial lender to join a team of successful professionals dedicated to developing creative financing solutions for local businesses with revenues ranging from $20MM to $1 billion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for soliciting bank services to businesses, collecting and analyzing financial data to assess creditworthiness, and providing secured financing solutions to support growth, acquisitions, and debt restructuring. Collaborating with the credit team, you will establish and negotiate credit terms, including costs, repayment methods, and collateral requirements.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and maintaining relationships with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, businesses, accountants, attorneys, and other centers of influence. You will also develop and maintain a prospect database for direct outreach.

Job Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial lending experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Marketing (preferred)
• Strong understanding of commercial depository services
• Excellent credit analysis skills and familiarity with commercial documentation
