We are a rapidly growing healthcare services provider seeking a talented Marketing & Customer Performance Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in driving data-informed marketing decisions and developing customer insights to support our growth.

Role Overview

As a Marketing & Customer Performance Analyst, you will work with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns, analyze customer behavior, and identify growth opportunities using marketing analytics tools, advertising platforms, and customer segmentation techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Configure and analyze GA4 implementations to track marketing performance
  • Support A / B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Create dashboards and reports in Tableau and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Analyze customer data for patterns and segmentation opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize campaign budgets for ROI
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in marketing analytics or customer insights roles, preferably in high-growth companies
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proficiency in Tableau, GA4, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • Experience with SQL or Google BigQuery
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ID resolution, customer segmentation, and healthcare marketing practices
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
