THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Training and Performance Analyst, you will be a crucial partof the Training Team, utilizing your technical skills to enhance organizationalproductivity, efficiency, and financial outcomes. Your primary responsibilitiesinclude:

  • Delivering/facilitatingengaging training sessions in person, virtual, or hybrid to both new hiresand experienced employees, and providing feedback to support team membercoaching.
  • Developing,designing, and maintaining training programs and materials, includingeLearning modules and video content, by analyzing current practices andidentifying learning objectives.
  • Conductingneeds assessments to identify skills gaps and recommend traininginitiatives.
  • Monitoring and systematicevaluation of the effectiveness of training programs through assessments,feedback, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Analyzing and evaluatingcommunication and adjudication quality across various channels to measuretime to proficiency and identify training improvement opportunities.
  • Conductingperformance reviews and offering actionable recommendations based onanalytics.
  • Collaboratewith stakeholders, team members, subject matter experts to ensure trainingaligns with business goals.
  • Managingtraining development timelines and reporting progress to line of businessstakeholders.
  • Providingsupport on speech analysis, call studies, and other improvementactivities.
  • Hours of workmay vary for some training sessions to accommodate the business needs.
  • May require occasional travel.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2+ years ofexperience in training, instructional design or facilitation, includingvirtual work environments.
  • Bachelorsdegree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Adult Education,or Organizational Development.
  • Proven abilityto develop and implement training programs that drive operational excellence.
  • Experience withlearning management systems (LMS), virtual training platforms and softwaresuch as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate RISE, etc.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complexinformation in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
  • Strongorganizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven projectmanagement capabilities.
  • Ability topartner and collaborate with various stakeholders including functionalleaders and subject matter experts at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstratedadaptability and ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts in adynamic and evolving environment.
  • Outstandingpeople skills, high energy, and an optimistic attitude
  • Advanced skillsin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Thrives in afast-paced environment, capable of working autonomously and within a collaborativeteam setting.
  • Demonstrates ahigh degree of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitiveinformation.
