Job summary
Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) invites a skilled Microsoft Platform Developer to design, develop, configure, integrate and support our Integrated Case Management and Contact Center solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure and AI capabilities.
You will work closely with stakeholders, BI and IT teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable platforms and improved user experiences, while attending the Ottawa office one day per
Qualifications
- College diploma in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in CS/IS/Software Development/Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
- Experience developing and supporting Dataverse-based solutions.
- Experience with enterprise application integrations and cloud technologies.
- Experience working within Agile or iterative development environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, integrate and support the Integrated Case Management and Contact Center Solution built on Microsoft ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain code and configurations; automate business processes.
- Support system integrations and ensure platform reliability, security, scalability, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, BI and IT teams, and external vendors to improve service delivery and data quality.
