Job summary

About the Role

Join MNP as a Solution Developer focused on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to design, implement and extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Case Management solutions. You will engage with clients, build .NET extensions, leverage Power Platform components and AI tools, and work within agile delivery teams to deliver case management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Case Management solutions leveraging configuration and customization
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend solutions
• Implement Microsoft .NET solutions to extend Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Use Power Platform components and Azure integration to deliver solutions
• Utilize AI (including Copilot Studio) to augment development, design and testing practices
• Follow hybrid‑agile and agile delivery methods
• Participate in knowledge sharing, professional development and community awareness activities
• Support data migration activities and work with integration tools
• Travel locally and within Canada as required

Requirements

• Minimum three (3) years implementing CRM or case management solutions, with at least two (2) years working with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform technologies
• Post‑secondary degree in a relevant field or five (5) years of relevant experience
• Development experience with: Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, ASP.NET, C#, web services, North52
• Experience with data migration tools such as Azure Data Factory and KingswaySoft
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio
• Strong understanding of the full SDLC (requirements, architecture, design, development, testing)
• Experience on government projects preferred
• Willingness to travel within Canada

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for Licensing and Permits and Grants Management
