Job summary

Tekshapers is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer/Lead with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will design and build enterprise apps with a focus on architecture, security, resiliency, and data integration between Dynamics and on-prem systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practices.
• Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault).
• Experience with Copilot Studio and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment.
• Excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer/Lead with expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics(Customer Service Module) and Power Apps. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have significant experience with the architecture, design, and development of applications on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, along with strong communication skills. The candidate will work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems as needed. In addition, the candidate will support business-aligned squads by providing solution design guidance, reviewing code and configurations, building common tools and functions, and automating DevOps at scale.
