Total Power Limited in Mississauga, Canada, seeks a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Developer to own, support, and govern the Customer Engagement platform, including Sales and Field Service, translating business needs into scalable solutions. You will maintain docs, assist users, push improvements, and collaborate with developers and partners on delivery, testing, and deployments.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience are required along with Power Platform expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years Dynamics 365 experience.
5+ years supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service and Sales in technical owner role.
Experience with Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
Experience with Dual Write, KingswaySoft or Azure Integration Technologies.
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Own and govern Dynamics 365 CE platforms including Sales and Field Service.
Configure and customize tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows and security roles.
Develop Power Automate flows, model-driven apps, and Dataverse components.
Troubleshoot, deploy and validate changes across dev/test/prod.
Collaborate with partners on solution delivery and roadmap.
Provide end-user support and training materials.
