Job summary

Provincial Credit Union is seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions Specialist to manage and continually improve our Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

This role blends technical work with business analysis, process improvement, training, and change support, collaborating with multiple departments to create practical, secure digital workspaces and automated workflows that enhance collaboration and information access.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Entra ID.
• Experience with business analysis, process improvement, workflow automation, information management, training, or user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support PCU’s Microsoft 365 environment across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Develop and maintain standards for permissions, information management, security, retention, and content lifecycle.
• Partner with departments to translate business needs into practical digital workspaces and automation solutions.
