Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and information architecture to meet evolving business needs
• Lead and support SharePoint On-Prem to Cloud (M365) migration initiatives, including content, permissions, and workflow modernization
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to replace legacy processes and automate business operations
• Develop Power Apps (Canvas / Forms-based) solutions integrated with SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions
• Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure adoption and effective use of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of professional services work experience within Information Technology industry
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365)
• Proven experience delivering SharePoint On-Prem to Cloud migrations
• Strong experience building Power Automate workflows
• Experience developing Power Apps (Canvas / SharePoint-integrated apps)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and APIs (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
• Solid understanding of permissions, security, and data governance in SharePoint Online
