Job summary

S I Systems is seeking a Microsoft 365 Copilot Specialist with 10+ years of experience to drive business-user adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium and Power Platform. The role focuses on training, enablement, feedback collection, and practical guidance for Copilot Chat, 365 apps, and Power Platform technologies, collaborating across teams to improve adoption and user readiness.

Contract role: 12 months, Vancouver, hybrid model (3 days per week). Working hours: 37.5 hrs/week PST.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium, Copilot Chat, and Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365 applications.
• Hands-on work with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio agents.
• Background in enterprise AI adoption, responsible AI, Microsoft 365 governance, or digital workplace transformation.
• Experience creating enablement content including guides, presentations, newsletters, videos, or learning pathways.
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, adoption, change management, or security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and training for Copilot Chat and Copilot experiences across Microsoft 365 applications.
• Triage issues related to access, licensing, permissions, agent discovery, content quality, and support routing.
• Support champion networks, community sessions, and targeted enablement activities for Copilot adoption.
• Capture user feedback, adoption barriers, support themes, and value opportunities.
• Guide business users and agent owners through use case definition, testing, publishing readiness, and post-launch support expectations.
• Build job aids, FAQs, Teams posts, newsletters, training materials, and success stories.
• Partner with Service Desk, Security, Privacy, Legal, Data Governance, Communications, and business collaborators on mentorship and blocking issues.
