Job summary

Interior Health is seeking a Team Leader for Mental Health & Substance Use at the Boundary Health Centre in Grand Forks, BC. The role involves day‑to‑day leadership, supervision of staff, and coordination of clinical practices to ensure high‑quality care.

You will mentor clinical teams, liaise with community partners, and support program delivery across community services while maintaining a client‑centered approach and a focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a social or behavioral science field relevant to the position.
• Four years of recent related experience including experience in individual, family and group modalities.
• One year of recent leadership experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current valid BC driver’s license (Class 5).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and clinical supervision of staff in Mental Health & Substance Use programs.
• Provide program support and liaise with community partners; mentor and support clinical staff.
• Plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate clinical practice to ensure quality client care outcomes.
