Interior Health in Kelowna, BC, seeks a permanent part-time MHSU Worker (0.74 FTE) to join the Access Central-Road 2 Recovery team. The role focuses on biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, and coordinated care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns in a regional, centralized service model.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor degree in a related field, with 2 years of recent experience in alcohol/drug treatment and a BC driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Allied Health, Behavioral or Social Science field.
• Two years’ recent related experience in alcohol and drug treatment.
• Current valid B.C. driver’s license (Class 5).

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for clients.
• Deliver individual and group interventions and crisis response.
• Support transition planning and recovery within a centralized service model.
