Job summary

FactSet is expanding its Metals & Mining Deep Sector initiative by adding a Content/Research Manager to expand product offerings and analytical capabilities for mining clients worldwide.

The role reports to the Head of Metals & Mining and focuses on content management, sub-sector coverage, and thought leadership. You will work with senior leadership and matrixed teams to drive impactful research and product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, mining/ geology preferred.
• 5+ years in metals & mining and capital markets.
• Experience in product and content development and management.
• Strong quantitative aptitude and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent client workflow understanding and communication.
• Ability to collaborate across matrixed teams and with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate metals & mining data collection, research, and analytics across FactSet, aligning with product strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct research and analysis and build quantitative models demonstrating the value of Metals & Mining content.
• Lead metals & mining thought leadership projects for internal and client-facing audiences.
• Collaborate with other product heads to build cross-sector content for sector-specific and generalist workflows.
• Engage directly with high-value clients to gather feedback and present insights.
