Qualifications

  • Significant experience in business development and managing key client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of North American minerals & metals markets.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic vision and lead growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and segment development for the Minerals & Metals business across North America.
  • Drive business development and client relations with mining, metallurgical, and industrial sector clients.
  • Identify opportunities, shape proposals, and influence early-stage project positioning.
  • Oversee performance, revenue, and governance of the segment; monitor pipeline and take-action on opportunities.
  • Lead and mobilize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
