We are looking for a Messaging Campaign Manager with a strong focus on user experience and a proven track record of driving high performing campaigns that generate incremental conversions. This individual will be responsible for end-to-end management of dynamic messaging campaigns, working closely with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization for maximum performance.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end Campaign Management: Lead the execution of dynamic messaging campaigns including test briefing creation, hypothesis definition, and detailed tactical planning.
- Optimization Conversion Focus: Drive campaigns with a strong focus on generating incremental conversion rates. Leverage data and insights to optimize messaging strategies, testing and iteration for continuous improvement on in market results.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns through rigorous quality assurance (QA) processes. Deliver accurate, reliable, and well executed outcomes for each messaging initiative.
- Hands-on Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration: Ideate and coordinate the execution of campaigns with cross functional teams including creative, external agencies, legal, channel success, marketing operations, and data teams. Ensure a seamless and efficient execution process, aligning all stakeholders on objectives and deliverables.
- Data Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to campaign strategy. Continuously monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize messaging flows based on insights to maximize user engagement and conversion.
- Campaign Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns and strategies. Share results and progress with key stakeholders.
- UX Centric Messaging Design: Apply expertise in user experience to design personalized, relevant, and engaging messaging that resonates with the target audience, creating a seamless journey that supports higher conversion rates.
Must Have Skills
- Proven experience as a Messaging Campaign Manager, UX Specialist, or in a similar role with a strong focus on high performing, data-driven campaigns (3+ years).
- Expertise in end-to-end campaign management from ideation and planning to execution and analysis.
- Experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization techniques to drive incremental conversions.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, A/B testing software).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards through rigorous QA processes.
