Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead a Gilead MES implementation. You will govern scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables, coordinating across IT, manufacturing, quality, validation, operations, and external partners.

The role focuses on regulated manufacturing environments, bridging business, production and technology stakeholders, while ensuring best practices and minimal customization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or governing MES implementation programs.
• Strong project and program management experience with risk and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and MES best practices.
• Experience with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, validation, operations and IT.
• Knowledge of manufacturing system integrations and digital manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and delivery of the MES implementation, owning scope, timeline and budget.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate activities across IT, manufacturing, quality, validation, operations and partners.
• Facilitate governance reviews, steering committees and stakeholder workshops.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure alignment with contracts and objectives.
