Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Edmonton, AB location. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy, coaching your team to become great merchants, and ensuring floorset execution meets AE brand standards.

You will manage replenishment to keep the guest experience guest-ready every day. You will train and develop staff, drive sales as a Leader on Duty, maintain visual standards,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team with a focus on merchandising execution
• Strong coaching skills to develop team into brand-aligned merchants
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction through floor productivity
• Deep understanding of AE brand visuals, standards, and store presentation

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Coach the team to deliver AE Brand Standards and keep the store in excellent visual condition.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development to ensure staffing meets business needs and performance standards.
• Provide real-time coaching, conduct development plans and performance reviews to boost engagement.
• Ensure daily operations uphold safety, asset protection, and company policies.
