Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is hiring a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive sales and retail excellence. You will train and coach the team to deliver AEO brand visuals and guest experiences, ensuring floorsets and merchandising are executed flawlessly.

As a Leader on Duty, you’ll analyze trends and lead business plans to improve KPIs. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while maintaining strong asset protection and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have retail management experience and lead by example.
• Strong understanding of visual standards and merchandising execution.
• Ability to train and coach a team to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Ensure store is guest-ready and maintains AEO Brand Standards across zones.
• Recruit and develop strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to the team.
• Maintain daily operations and visual standards, including Fitting Rooms and Salesfloor.
• Model integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures.
