Job summary

You will train and coach associates, manage floorsets and replenishment, and maintain a guest-ready environment with a focus on exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach and train your team to deliver the AEO brand Visual standards.
• Maintain guest-ready store through replenishment and floorset execution.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store staff to meet business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to your team.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection in line with policies.
