Job summary

Pfaff Harley-Davidson Concord in Ontario is seeking a Merchandising Administrator to photograph vehicles and support administrative tasks. You will upload images, write descriptions, and keep online ads up to date.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates well in English. This full-time on-site role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities with Pfaff Automotive Partners.

Qualifications

• Previous photography experience is an asset.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
• A clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Photographing Pre-Owned and New Vehicles.
• Uploading photographs for use on our websites and dealership systems.
• Compiling and writing descriptions for each vehicle.
• Removing sold vehicles from website advertisement.
• Ensuring dollar values are accurately advertised on company webpage and other online selling tools.
• Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
