Match Retail is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to join our team in New Minas, NS. You’ll visit stores to ensure shelf presence, install signage, manage stock, and support Nespresso brand initiatives.

This independent contractor role offers flexible hours (1-2 hours per month for Nov & Dec) and hands-on project work across Canada. You’ll work with top brands and gain exposure to major retailers, with autonomy to manage your schedule and reporting from the field.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Strong customer focus and ability to convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

Aufgaben

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

What You’ll Do
