Job summary

Match Retail is seeking Merchandising team contractors in New Minas, NS to support Nespresso brand presence across stores. You will update product sections, install signage, manage stock and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

This independent contractor role offers flexible hours (1–2 hours per month for Nov & Dec) with an hourly rate of 30 CAD. You’ll visit various retailers and provide reporting after each store visit.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Strong customer focus and ability to convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
