Job summary

Match Retail is seeking a diligent merchandiser to support Nespresso in-store programs across Canada. You will visit stores to maintain shelf presence, install promotional signage, and ensure footprints align with national plans.

This independent contractor role offers flexibility and exposure to hands-on projects with major retailers. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, access to a reliable car, and the ability to self-manage remotely.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS per national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock to ensure assortment and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting with action items and recommendations for each store visit.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out‑of‑stocks
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
