Responsibilities

• Execute daily merchandising and availability tasks, including sections, stocking, and replenishment.
• Coordinate price changes, features, and modular execution to maintain accurate presentation.
• Manage sales floor coverage and recovery to keep the store ready for customers.
• Schedule associates and manage break coverage to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to staff for performance and development.
• Foster safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies and safety logs.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
