• Assist in directing and coordinating task completion per priorities from General Merchandise Coach and Store Management
• Assess department presentation and merchandise displays; implement changes as needed
• Lead daily team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and monitor productivity
• Review schedules with People Lead and assign associates to cover shifts
• Identify training opportunities during tours with Coach and team, and develop associates through teaching and feedback
