Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, helping with product choice and resolving issues.
• Coordinate daily tasks, delegate and follow up on completion of duties per priorities.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising changes as needed.
• Lead team huddles, communicate updates, set goals, and monitor productivity.
• Schedule coverage and support all areas of the store.
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates through teaching and feedback.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure displays are secure and debris-free.
• Support GTA/Workday tasks and assist Management.
• Collaborate with Coaches to support performance growth and recruitment.
