Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns.
• Execute daily availability and merchandising tasks including section work, capping bins, and stocking picks.
• Price changes, feature sets, and modular execution within assigned areas to maintain accuracy and presentation standards.
• Sales floor coverage, recovery, and zoning to ensure the department remains customer-ready.
• Associate scheduling and break coverage to support smooth operations.
• Associate training and development to support performance, engagement, and growth.
• Safety, cleanliness, and compliance by following policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays are secure.
