Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is seeking a permanent, part-time team member for in-store operations. Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise and keep the backstore well organized.
• Organize receipts and shipment orders and identify potential errors.
• Label merchandise with correct prices and adjust if necessary.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or the distribution centre quickly.
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently and maintain a clean backstore.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Respect and apply policies of head office departments and be trained on procedures.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well in your role, you will need to:

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,06$ - 19,35$
