Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a permanent, part-time team member at Hillcrest Mall in Innisfil, Ontario. You will handle online order processing, pack and ship orders, and maintain stock and store procedures under store management.

The role offers a 18.06$–19.20$ hourly wage, flexible hours, and opportunities for advancement in a family-owned business committed to the community.

Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy store.
• Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and respond to related department emails.
• Identify, pull, and prepare ordered products with proper labeling.
• Pack and ship orders, receive and validate stock from other stores.
• Prepare weekly supply orders and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow head office policies and assist teammates as needed.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOKS LIKE

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for processing product orders placed on the company website. To complete your work efficiently and professionally, you will need to:

• Read and reply to emails from related departments in order to process online orders;
• Identify, pull and prep ordered products- remove hangers, check each item for quality and cleanliness, remove security devices, place protected labels on products that need them and remove sales labels as needed;
• Order missing products and check, pack and ship orders via our computer system (we'll show you how during your training!);
• Receive and validate products sent by other stores to complete orders;
• Prepare the supply order each week;
• Keep your work area clean and tidy;
• Respect and follow the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don't worry, we'll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support your team.
