Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a Menu & Compliance Coordinator for a 6-month contract to support menu development, product sourcing, recipe management, client education, and compliance across CPS/GESPRA programs.

The role collaborates with dietitians and culinary staff, manages the Resident Dining Solution database, and trains clients on the menu program. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply and a healthcare setting experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food & Nutrition or related diploma.
• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or senior living foodservice.
• Experience with recipe and menu management software.
• Member of Canadian Society of Nutrition Managers (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with dietitians and culinary specialists to develop recipes and menus.
• Creates and updates components of the menus program.
• Maintains the corporate database (Resident Dining Solution) with product codes and pricing.
• Works with manufacturers and Aramark Canada’s Supply Chain to verify nutrition info.
• Maintains portal content by uploading menu documents.
• Provides first-level training to CPS/GESPRA menu program users and clients.
• Develops user guides and video tutorials with scripts and screen captures.
• Documents user interactions in CRM tools such as Smartsheet.
• Represents CPS/GESPRA at professional orgs and industry events.
• Provides corporate support to Account and Sales Managers as needed.
