Job summary

Stathera, Inc. is seeking an R&D Engineer Intern to advance MEMS technology through hands-on measurement, circuit design in Altium, and data analysis. You will support full-wafer MEMS measurements, PCB schematic capture, and automated interfacing while reporting findings to the team.

The role reports to the Senior Systems Engineer and involves a 40-hour work week for 4 to 8 months. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering or physics, possess strong precision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent.
• Strong background in high precision electronic measurement.
• Experience with analyzing and designing analog electronics.
• Experienced in Altium designer.
• Intermediate level programming: Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Data analysis skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-wafer MEMS measurement and characterization, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection;
• Design and capture schematic and PCB layout using Altium designer;
• Develop and optimize the measurement to meet the industrial specifications;
• Assist with equipment programming and automated interfaces;
• Analyze and process experimental data, generating clear, concise, and well-written reports.
