Job summary

Stathera, Inc. is seeking a Senior Test Development Engineer to advance ATE test solutions for MEMS-based timing products. You will work with the CSI team across ASIC and post-silicon characterization, applying hardware and software tools throughout the full product development cycle.

The role reports to the VP of Systems Engineering and is a full-time position, with close collaboration across OSATs, test houses, and international teams to optimize yield and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with ATE platforms and test methods.
• Strong understanding of mixed-signal, circuit, and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop ATE test solutions for MEMS timing products.
• Deploy test solutions to OSATs and test houses.
• Lead transfer of tests to production environment.
• Collaborate with overseas OSATs and test houses.
• Improve high-volume testing and yield.
• Design bench validation hardware and software.
• Analyze data and generate reports.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering

Strong background in MEMS/ASIC test
