Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm and energy.
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Working at the front desk, answering phones, and engaging with members.
• Giving studio tours to potential clients.
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.
• Selling memberships to support studio growth.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Handling member concerns professionally to reach resolutions.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Keeping all studio areas clean and organized.
