YMCA of Greater Toronto Brampton YMCA Health & Fitness Centre is seeking a part-time Sales Representative to drive membership sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, explain membership options and payment plans, and contribute to member retention while supporting busy peak times including weekends.

The role emphasizes a member-focused approach, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a team within a dynamic community

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sales and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff and volunteers.
• Familiarity with member payment information and privacy requirements.
• Weekend and flexible scheduling may be required.
• Proficiency with computers; experience in a YMCA environment an asset.

Responsabilités

• Achieve personal and team sales targets and provide exemplary service.
• Conduct facility tours, explain membership options and payment plans.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Identify opportunities to upsell programs and services to members.
• Support member retention by addressing concerns and following up after tours.
