Job summary

The Jewish Community Centre (JCC) in Toronto is hiring a Membership Experience Associate to welcome members, answer questions, and promote programs. You will greet guests, provide program information, and support front-line sales with a friendly, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent oral and written English communication; Hebrew or Russian is a plus.
• Positive, problem-solving mindset and team player.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Comfort with using basic technology to assist members.
• Commitment to JCC mission and nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
• Provide accurate information about JCC programs via in-person, phone, and email.
• Promote and sell JCC programs, classes, and events.
• Stay informed on program updates and new offerings.
• Assist with tours, meetings, bookings, and new member onboarding.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
