Job summary

FCU Community Financial is seeking a part-time Financial Service Representative for the Texada Branch. You will assist members with their banking needs, process transactions, and educate about mobile tools and resources to improve their experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or financial industry).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented focus and the ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of deposit and lending products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional member experience by engaging with members to meet their day-to-day banking needs.
• Completing financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other account activities.
• Educating members on mobile tools and resources to transform their experience.
