Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing.
• Customer service or administrative experience is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

• Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships.
• Assess Member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Process SGI motor licence issuing services (registrations, renewals, driver licensing).
• Issue licence plates and related documentation accurately.
• Provide auto travel services, including maps, trip routings, and insurance.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships
• Assess Member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Process SGI motor licence issuing services (registrations, renewals, driver licensing)
• Issue licence plates and related documentation accurately
• Provide auto travel services, including maps, trip routings, and insurance
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing

What You Bring

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing
• Customer service or administrative experience (asset)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Hours of Work

Five days per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, based on business needs
