Job summary

CAA Saskatchewan ERS Call Centre is seeking a dedicated professional for a Full-Time Permanent role. You will respond to inbound member requests for emergency road service and record details into a Windows-based database with accuracy.

The position requires strong telephone communication, multitasking across multiple screens, and a calm, composed approach under pressure. A valid Class 5 Driver's License is required to be considered.

Qualifications

Starting Wage: $17.95 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound member requests for emergency road service.
• Accurately record details regarding member's location & circumstances into a windows-based database.
• Handle large volume of calls in a positive manner.
• Maintain current knowledge of resources related to CAA Saskatchewan products and services, emergency response services (ERS) and systems.
