Job summary

CAA Saskatchewan in Swift Current is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our Swift Current branch. This front-line role delivers exceptional service while supporting CAA products and motor licensing services.

Five days per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with comprehensive benefits included. Prior experience in customer service or administration is an asset, and licensing may be pursued after joining the team.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Auto and/or Travel Insurance Licensing.
• Customer service or administrative experience (asset).
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, renew, and upgrade CAA memberships.
• Assess Member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Process SGI motor licence issuing services (registrations, renewals, driver licensing).
• Issue licence plates and related documentation accurately.
• Provide auto travel services, including maps, trip routings, and insurance.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and payment processing.
