Job summary

CAA Club Group in Brandon, MB is seeking a Travel Consultant to deliver exceptional worldwide travel services to our Members and non-Members. You will keep client records current and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

You will promote memberships, support partnerships, stay updated on airline rules and visa requirements, and work toward individual and team sales targets in a full-time on-site role. A passion for travel and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years customer service and sales experience.
• Sabre system familiarity is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work Monday–Saturday 9am–5pm in Brandon, MB (on-site).

Responsibilities

• Promote CAA memberships and all CAA products, services, and benefits.
• Support all CAA preferred partnerships and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of airline rules, visa requirements, and global travel restrictions.
• Meet individual and team sales, revenue, and productivity targets as defined by leadership.
• Willing to take on other duties as necessary; role is full-time on-site in Brandon, MB.

What You Will Do

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional worldwide travel services to our Members and non-Members. In addition, you will ensure your clients records and files are consistently up to date and maintained and provide regular follow up with clients.

• Promote CAA memberships and all CAA products, services, and benefits
• Support all CAA preferred partnerships and marketing initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, airline rules, visa requirements, and global travel restrictions
• Meet individual and team performance targets for sales, revenue, and productivity as defined by leadership
• Willing to take on other duties as necessary
• Role is full-time on site in the Brandon, Manitoba location

This is a great opportunity for experienced Travel Consultants, new grads, or anyone looking to kickstart their career in travel. No previous experience necessary, just a passion for travel, customer service and sales, we will provide training!

Who You Are:

• 2-3 years customer service and sales experience
• Prior Travel Agency experience is an asset, but not required
• Post-secondary education in Travel and Tourism, or related field is a strong asset
• Familiarity with Sabre system is a definite asset
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Available to work store operation hours Monday - Saturday from 9am-5pm
