Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is hiring a Member Services Associate for Enterprise CarShare in Toronto. This full‑time role delivers excellent member service by email, phone and in‑person at the office storefront, handles data entry and billing questions, and supports new member acquisition and retention efforts.

The position is based at 65 Regent Park Blvd and requires in‑office work, with about 40 hours per week and weekend rotation. Office culture is business casual; paid parking nearby.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ontario G or G2 driver''s license with ≤2 moving violations/at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in last 5 years.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook).
• Must be able to work from 65 Regent Park Blvd office.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and accounts receivable tasks; resolve billing and data reports.
• Provide customer service support to current and potential members via telephone, email and in person using the reservation management system and app.
• Assist members with billing/invoice questions and provide live assistance during reservations (emergencies, vehicle issues).
• Assist new members with license verification and underwriting documents.
