Job summary

Enterprise Holdings seeks a Customer Experience Representative at Thunder Bay Airport to assist customers face-to-face and over the phone, handling reservations, rate quotes, and service inquiries. You will support branch operations, process transactions, and help drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced rental environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• High school diploma or above; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries; provide information and resolve issues for customers and partners.
• Sell optional protections and services where appropriate.
• Assist with rental processes, returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Greet customers, assess rental needs, and communicate terms clearly.
