Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is hiring a full-time Member Relations Specialist to support the Member Engagement team across Canada. The role focuses on cultivating positive interactions and lasting member relationships, working with Account Directors and directors to enhance service quality.
The position requires a post-secondary degree and 4–6 years in supply chain, plus 2 years in customer or member relations. Strong MS Office and ERP experience are preferred, with travel to MMC offices as needed.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Member Relations Specialist to support our Member Engagement team to support a portfolio of Members.
This role can work out of any MMC office: Burlington, Toronto, Thunder Bay, Kingston, Brantford, London, Chatham, and Oakville.
Reporting to the Director, Acquisitions & Customer Onboarding, the Member Relations Specialist focuses on cultivating positive interactions and lasting relationships with the MMC Specialists. They strive to enhance overall member satisfaction and loyalty. The Member Relations Specialists works with Account Directors, Director Acquisitions & Customer Onboarding, and operational directors to provide member-centric service.
As a condition of employment, you are required to submit proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Human Resources.
