Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a Member Engagement Specialist in Mississauga to drive member value and support account management and sales teams. You will onboard new clients with welcome calls, verify client information, promote Foodbuy programs and identify lead opportunities.

You will review data, coordinate with Foodbuy teams to implement programs, maintain accurate member records, and respond to procurement or rebate inquiries while promoting targeted programs and providing portal support.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate member data, contracts, and system updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Foodbuy support teams to implement and integrate new programs.
• Maintain member information including phone, email, mailing address, distributor data, and HST numbers.
• Confirm contract exclusions.
• Support EFT setup.
• Log client engagements and leads in CRM.
• Respond to inquiries regarding procurement or rebate challenges.
• Influence program participation with members.
• Promote programs, products, promotions to members.
• Complete member follow-up calls as required.
• Provide member portal support.

Job description

The salary range for this position is $52,000 to $60,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. TheFoodbuy Member Engagement Specialistis responsible for proactively driving member value while supporting the account management and sales teams. This individual is a self-starter, possesses great communication skills and drives customer centric solutions. This individual will support the onboarding of new clients with welcome calls, confirm client information, promote preferred Foodbuy programs and identify lead-generating opportunities.

• Reviews and validates member data, contractual documentation, and system updates to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established processes and service standards.
• Work cross-functionally with the Foodbuy support teams to ensure thorough and smooth implementation and integration of all new Foodbuy programs.
• Confirm and maintain member information including contact phone numbers, emails addresses, mailing addresses, distributor information, and HST numbers.
• Confirm contract exclusions.
• Support Electronic fund transfer (EFT) set up.
• Log client engagement and leads in CRM.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding any procurement or rebate related challenges.
• Influence program participation with our members.
• Promote preferred programs, products, promotions to our members.
• Complete Member follow-up calls as required.
• Provide Member portal support.
