Job summary

Meridian Credit Union is hiring a Financial Services Representative to manage day-to-day banking needs, open new accounts, and promote credit and investment products. You will build relationships with Members, refer opportunities, and support digital initiatives in a friendly, community-focused environment.

The role requires strong customer service and sales skills, flexibility for evenings and Saturdays, and proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service sales environment is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Proficient with computer systems including MS Office/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Identify and fulfill Member account requests and grow the relationship through referrals.
• Provide Members with advice on designated investment and credit products.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality to protect Members’ privacy.
• Resolve Member concerns and build action plans to prevent issues.
• Participate in branch activities to expand Member relationships and digital initiatives.
