Job summary

Meridian Credit Union in Burlington, ON is seeking a Financial Services Representative (Full Time) to deliver member-focused service, perform front-line transactions, and identify opportunities for advisory sales.

You will open new accounts, offer credit and deposits, and coordinate referrals to Wealth and Small Business partners. The role requires adapting to a fast-paced branch environment, building relationships, and achieving individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Understand the financial needs of our Members and provide appropriate advice and recommendations.
• Complete front line transactional services to support Members day-to-day banking, with opportunities to grow into advisory sales.
• Open new Member accounts and position Meridian’s products and services to add value to Members’ financial wellbeing.
