Conexus Credit Union is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Yorkton branch on a temporary full-time basis through December 31, 2027. You will welcome visitors, answer member questions, and refer inquiries to Financial Advisors when appropriate.

You will also provide administrative support and help with daily branch operations. The ideal candidate brings at least a year of financial services experience, strong customer service skills, and a sales-leaning mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of financial industry experience.
• Experience delivering customer service.
• Sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors at the credit union and respond to member inquiries.
• Identify member needs and provide quality referrals and non-cash services.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Yorkton branch.
• Participate in various aspects of retail branch operations.
