Job summary

Conexus Credit Union is seeking a friendly Receptionist for our Yorkton branch on a temporary full-time basis through December 31, 2027. You will welcome visitors, answer member questions, and refer inquiries to Financial Advisors when appropriate.

You will also provide administrative support and help with daily branch operations. The ideal candidate brings at least a year of financial services experience, strong customer service skills, and a sales-leaning mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of financial industry experience.
• Experience delivering customer service.
• Sales experience is an asset.

The bigger picture

We’re looking for a friendly, member-focused person to come on board as our temporary full-time Receptionist at our Yorkton branch until December 31, 2027.

As the first point of contact for our members, you will greet and direct visitors to the credit union, respond to member inquiries, identify member needs and make quality referrals and provide non-cash member services. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the branch, and participate in various aspects of retail branch operations.

How you’ll be spending your time

• Providing a high level of member service focusing on the efficient delivery of services to our members
• Proactively uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships
• Scheduling appointments in retail staff calendars and providing administrative support as necessary
• Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry

Salary range

$47,146 - $58,934 annually

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement; union membership is required.
