Job summary

Conexus Credit Union in Yorkton is seeking a friendly, member-focused Receptionist to join our Yorkton branch as a temporary full-time position through December 31, 2027. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, schedule appointments and provide essential branch support.

You will work in a team-oriented environment, refer members to Financial Advisors, uphold branch policies, and help deliver a welcoming member experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• A minimum of one year of financial industry experience
• Experience in providing customer service
• Prior sales experience is considered an asset

The bigger picture

We’re looking for a friendly, member-focused person to come on board as our temporary full-time Receptionist at our Yorkton branch until December 31, 2027.

As the first point of contact for our members, you will greet and direct visitors to the credit union, respond to member inquiries, identify member needs and make quality referrals and provide non-cash member services. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the branch, and participate in various aspects of retail branch operations.

Salary range

$47,146 - $58,934 annually

This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement; union membership is required.
